Long Beach small business looted
A small Asian-American business based out of Long Beach, CA. They have been serving the community for decades, but their business was recently looted during the police protests. They are so close to their goal! Let’s help!
save a single mother's business in San Bernardino
On May 31st, Joy’s Beauty Supply was looted, vandalized, and destroyed. Joyce Kang is a mom of 2, to Elliot & Lubin, and an established small business owner of 20 years.
What wasn’t looted or stolen at the store was burnt. Luckily the people next door were able to put out the fire that the looters started.
Unfortunately, only 30% of the inventory was salvageable.
After 20 years of blood, sweat, and tears, her hard work was destroyed by looters who repeatedly showed up throughout the night and senselessly destroyed the shop.
All of the funds raised will go towards her small business that has been serving the community for over 2 decades.
